What is the cost of shipping?

We currently offer FREE worldwide shipping everyday, on all orders, no minimum.

What shipping carrier do you use?

Orders are shipped via USPS.

Where are you located?

We are located in the USA.  

Where do you ship from?

To get you the latest designs at reasonable prices we ship directly from the manufacturer whose fulfillment center is located in Asia.

How long does processing take?

Processing will typically take 1-6 business days unless there is a delay due to severe weather or inventory inadequacy.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, it will take approximately 2-3 weeks to get to the USA and 2-6 weeks to arrive to international locations.  This is an approximation and not a guarantee. 

I still have not received my order, what should I do?

If a long time period has elapsed beyond our estimated time frame and you have still not received your package, please contact us: here.

I ordered several items, why did only 1 or a few items ship?

We strive to get your items delivered to you as soon as possible.  This means that if you order several items, it is possible that they will be shipped from different warehouses according to availability.  

I placed an order but I have not received a tracking confirmation.

I need to return or exchange an item, should I ship it back to the fulfillment center?
